| The following banner/button specifications and
requirements apply to all Customers who advertise on Top10Links. If you have any
questions, please contact us for assistance. |
| Standard Formats: |
Banners: GIF, JPG & HTML
Buttons: GIF & JPG |
| Dimensions: |
Banners: 600x60 or smaller, for example 468x60
Buttons: 88x31 |
| Sizes: |
Banners: 15K or less
Buttons: 10K or less |
| Animation: |
| Animated gifs limited to maximum of 10 frames. |
| ALT Text: |
| Up to 50 characters. |
| Tagline: |
| Up to 50 characters on banners only - automatically
linked to banner click through URL. |
| Number of URLs: |
| One per banner, maximum 255 characters. Can
be changed during campaign. |
| Number Of Banners/Buttons: |
| Up to 10 different banners/URLs allowed per
campaign. Can be changed during campagin. |
| Colors & Design: |
| Color scheme/design cannot match that of Top10Links. |
| Negative Ads: |
| Ads that compare another company, organization,
individual, product or service in a negative way are not permitted. |
| Deadlines: |
GIF & JPG - 2 days before start date
HTML & Rich Media - 5 days before start date |
| Trap Doors: |
| Visitors must be able to return to the page
on which the banner they clicked on appeared by clicking their browsers back button. |
| Serving of Ads: |
| Banners advertisements must be served by Top10Links.
You can upload your banners from your local PC or a remote URL in real time. |
| Location of Ads: |
| Top and right column banners will appear "above
the fold" defined as visable without having to scroll the browser window
to view the banner advertisement. Bottom banners, when available, will appear
below the fold in most browsers. |
| Uploading: |

You must add and edit all creative through our
online form in the account center.

| Restrictions: |
| Top10Links reserves the right to reject banner/button
advertisements that Top10Links deems misleading, in appearance or wording, or
for any other reason at anytime. |
