Sites"?

a fee in exchange for being listed in the "Sponsored Sites" section
on many of our pages.

at $5.00 CPM with a minimum of 5,000 impressions which is $25.

you must create a free account if you have not already and be the owner or employee
of the site being submitted.

Yes, we currently do not list
any sites containing adult or illegal material. If in doubt, please contact us
before you order with your site's URL and we will let you know if your site is
acceptable for a sponsored site listing.

Can I list

|
No, the category you choose must
be related to your site's content. If you are not sure which of our categories
relates to your site the most, please contact us before you order and we will

Yes, so long as the multiple
categories are related to your site's content.

If you choose a category that
contains sub-categories, your listing will always appear in the main category

depends on availability in the sub-categories.

Who determines
my site's listing title?
|
The titles of sponsored sites
are determined by Top10Links editors although we welcome you to suggest your site's
title when you place your order. Normally our editors will use your company name,
domain name or site name.

my site's listing description?
|
The descriptions of sponsored
sites are determined by Top10Links editors although we welcome you to suggest
your site's description when you place your order. Normally our editors will create
a short factual description of what your company/site does.

How long
can my site title & description be?
|
The length of the site title
and description are determined by Top10Links editors. We normally try to keep
the titles less than 3 words when possible and the descriptions no longer than
one line. This enables us to provide succinct information to our visitors about
your site as well as keep within our site's design.

Can I make
my site's listing bold?
|
Yes, when you order your sponsored
site listing you will be given the opportunity to order your listing with bold
typeface. There is a 15% surcharge to do this.

How long
will my listing last?
|
Since sponsored site listings
are sold on a CPM basis, a sponsored site listing will last for as long as it
takes to fulfill the number of impressions purchased. This can vary based on the
popularity of the category in which the sponsored site listing was purchased in.

Can I edit
my site's listing title?
|
Sponsored site listing titles
are determined by Top10Links editors. If you feel your site's listing title is
factually incorrect or wish to change the capitalization of a couple of the letters,
you may submit your request for a change though our contact form.

are determined by Top10Links editors. If you feel your site's description is factually
incorrect or you have made changes to your site that make the current description
no longer accurate, you may submit your request for a change though our contact form.

Listing Statistics
|
What kind
of statistics do you provide?
|
For your convienence, we provide
the following statistics available online 24/7 in the account center.
Impressions: The number of pages that have loaded that contain your sponsored
site.
Click Throughs: The number of times a click through has been recorded on your
sponsored listing.
Click Through Ratio: Total click throughs divided by total impressions.
ROI: If you choose to use this free tool, we will track, record and display the
number of click throughs that actually resulted in a purchase or registration
at your site.

Where can
I access my statistics?

You can access the statistics
by logging into your account and clicking the statistics link. To login click
the "Login" link at the bottom of any page on
our site.

ROI tracking is a free optional
tool we offer to help you determine if the click throughs that are coming from
our site are converting into customers or registrations or whatever you are trying
to do.
It works by you adding a special line of code we provide in the account center
on the page of your site that people get sent to after ordering or registering
or inquiring.
When a visitor on your site loads that page, we record the visitors details. If
the details match with the details of one of our visitors that clicked on your
link, we display it otherwise we ignore it.

What methods
of payment do you accept?

We use the secure online payment
processing services of PayPal. PayPal accepts
all major credit cards or you can pay with your checking account number.

Yes, Top10Links uses the online
payment processing services of PayPal which
uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to help
ensure security for your online orders. SSL is a protocol for securing data transmission
in commercial transactions on the Internet. All credit card and checking account
numbers and order information are protected by SSL technology.

Once you submit your payment
information online, you are NOT eligible for a refund. This as well as other terms
and conditions to ordering a sponsored site listing are specified in our terms
of service which must be read and agreed to before you may place your order.
If you are not satisfied with your campaigns performance, you may contact
us and request that any remaining balance be applied to a different sponsored
site campaign or an advertising campaign so long as the remaining balance meets
our $25 minimum order requirements.

We do not accept any form of
barter (links, banners, services, products, etc...) in exchange for a sponsored
site listing.

to offer any discounts on the sponsored site listings. Ocassionally we offer existing
customers discounts on other services. Notices of these would appear in your account
center.
